Payment in full
To confirm your shuttle pass, hire or package, full payment is required at time of booking, payable by direct deposit or credit card.
No show
Please show up on time to check in. Failure to check in for a booking, regardless of type, will result in loss of all monies paid. If you are going to be late, please contact us.
Changes in booked numbers
Please keep us informed of any changes in numbers of people for your booking.
Poor weather policy
At times, the park will be closed due to unsafe conditions. If you have a booking, you will be notified of park closure by text message. If we close the park, at the beginning of the day, you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to reschedule your booking. If the park is closed less than half way through your booked time slot, you will receive a credit for the portion of unused time. If the park is closed more than half way through your booked time slot, no credit will be provided.
Unless you hear from us, assume your booking is going ahead. Participants that decide not to attend or participate on the basis of weather (against our policy and/or advice) forfeit their full tariff.
Minimum numbers
A minimum of 8 riders are required for the park to open on any given day. If minimum numbers are not met and you have a booking, we will call you to arrange a refund or reschedule. We will endeavor to provide you as much notice as possible.

Your bike must at least meet the following requirements:

Please note: When a booking is to be refunded the administration fee can be credited to a future booking within the following six months. Deferral dates for the new booking must be provided at the time of request and transfer of the administration fee can only be done once.

- Reduction in numbers will incur charges, per missing individual, according to the relevant booking type's cancellation fees as outlined below.
- Increases in numbers will be accommodated if possible and if ample forewarning is given (relevant tariffs apply).

- working brakes
- front suspension (dual suspension is highly recommended)
- tyres at least 1.9" wide

Cancellations
- Cancellations made 4 days or more before the date of your visit are fully refundable less a 10% administration fee.
- Cancellations made less than 4 days prior the date of your visit will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
- If choosing to leave early, no refund will be given.
- No refund will be issued for specific trail closures.
- Different fees and conditions may apply for added camping/accommodation at The Steps Barrington. Please read terms & conditions here. No camping availability is not a reason for refunding a shuttle pass. Please check availabilities in advance.
